Nothing on this Site constitutes professional financial, investment, tax, legal, or any other professional advice. Net worth estimates for public figures are estimates based on publicly available data and our own analysis. They are not verified or guaranteed figures. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial or other important decisions.
3. Accuracy of Content
We strive to publish accurate, well-researched content and update it regularly. However, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information on the Site. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on our content.
4. Affiliate Links Disclosure
Some articles on this Site contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial assessments. We only feature products and services we have tested or believe may be genuinely useful to our readers. Affiliate links are labeled with a disclosure on the relevant page.
5. Advertising
This Site displays advertisements through Google AdSense. Advertisers have no influence over our editorial content.

All content on this Site (including articles, analysis, images, graphics, logos, and branding) is the property of NetWorth Explained and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. 7. Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users of the Site to do the same. If you believe that content on the Site (including a comment posted by another user) infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice through our Contact page that includes: (a) a description of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (e) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We review copyright complaints promptly and will remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing. We may also suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
8. Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or any other aspect of third-party sites. Linking to a site does not imply endorsement.
9. Changes to the Site

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Site. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for exercising these rights.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NETWORTH EXPLAINED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING NET WORTH ESTIMATES, CAMERA FEEDS, OR DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NetWorth Explained and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site, or from your reliance on any content published here.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section and the section above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NetWorth Explained and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or access to the Site; (b) any content you submit to the Site; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (e) any dispute between you and another user of the Site. We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
13. Newsletter
By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails from NetWorth Explained. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. We will not share your email address with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Informal resolution first. Before starting any arbitration or proceeding, you agree to contact us via our Contact page and describe the dispute, so that we can try to resolve it informally. Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least thirty (30) days after that notice.
Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), rather than in court. The arbitration shall be seated in the State of Oregon and conducted in English. Where the AAA's consumer arbitration rules permit, the arbitration may be conducted by written submission, telephone, or videoconference, and you will not be required to travel. The arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Small claims and injunctive relief. Either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction instead of arbitration. Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
Class action waiver. You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class-action basis; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim shall be severed from the arbitration and may be brought in court.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us through our Contact page within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms, and it will not affect your use of the Site.
Consumers outside the United States. Nothing in this section or in Section 16 deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, the arbitration requirement above does not apply to you to the extent it conflicts with those mandatory rules, and you retain any right to use an applicable online dispute-resolution platform.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Oregon for any dispute not subject to arbitration. This choice of law does not override the mandatory consumer-protection rules described in Section 15.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to highlight them. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NetWorth Explained regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings on that subject.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is effective only if it is in writing.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations, in whole or in part, without restriction.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, outages at third-party providers, network or power failures, or government action.
Notices. We may provide notices to you by posting them on the Site. You may send notices to us through our Contact page.

Informational use only. The Command Center aggregates public traffic camera feeds and related data for general informational and entertainment purposes. It is not intended to be relied upon for emergency response, navigation, public safety decisions, or any other purpose where real-time accuracy is required.
Third-party feeds. Camera feeds and related data are sourced from third parties, including the New York City Department of Transportation and other public agencies. We do not control, operate, or maintain these feeds, and we make no representations regarding their accuracy, availability, timeliness, or completeness. Feed availability may change at any time without notice.
Accounts. Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to register. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion.
Comments and public content. Comments you post, and any display name or handle you submit to the leaderboard, are publicly visible to other visitors. By submitting content, you grant NetWorth Explained a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Site, and you confirm that you hold the rights necessary to do so. You may delete your own comments, and we may remove any content at any time.
Prohibited conduct. You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content; impersonate any person or entity; scrape or systematically extract data from the Command Center without our prior written consent; or interfere with its operation or security.
